This Summer has been a hot one. And sometimes I just can't be bothered firing up the oven or grill.
That's why I love tapas. I remember the first time I ever had tapas fondly. We were visiting my best friend and her husband in London. They took us on a tour of Greenwich which is where we ended up at the best tapas bar in the world. Now every time I make tapas I remember a little bar in Greenwich that had great food, good wine and the best friends.
